Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern technologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- API Development: Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend and mobile applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define features and user stories.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, bug-free code.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
