Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Proficiency in back-end technologies including Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control systems (Git).
