Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage software licenses.
- Assist with network setup and basic security configurations.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our helpdesk system.
- Conduct regular system updates and patch management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
