About the Role:
You will be responsible for architecting scalable web solutions and leading development efforts. We value code quality, creativity, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
