Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming technical support tickets via phone and email during night shift hours.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users with empathy and technical expertise.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over unresolved issues and provide status updates.
- Adhere to strict SLA (Service Level Agreement) metrics regarding response and resolution times.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when handling escalated customer complaints.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) is a plus.
