Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage system performance, security, and uptime during off-hours.
- Respond to and resolve critical technical incidents and tickets in a timely manner.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, patching, and backups to ensure system integrity.
- Conduct troubleshooting for hardware and software issues within the network.
- Document technical procedures and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and network protocols.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3rd shift) and weekends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) are highly preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
