Responsibilities
- Operate automated packaging and assembly machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Monitor production output and report any equipment malfunctions or material defects to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met on time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurement tools.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
