Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily operations during the night shift to ensure 100% efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform quality assurance checks and data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
