Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and production equipment during the night shift.
- Load, unload, and sort materials with speed and accuracy using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in packaging and labeling finished goods for shipment.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with reliability.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
