Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during night hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
- Ability to work a flexible night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
