Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets to ensure rapid response times and high customer satisfaction.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Collaborate with the network administration team to ensure system integrity and security.
- Conduct regular system updates and patch management to prevent security vulnerabilities.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Train staff on new software applications and IT best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft) are a significant plus.
