Responsibilities
- Perform production tasks and assembly operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards at all times.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Complete daily logs and paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
