Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production line tasks efficiently according to safety standards.
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and report issues immediately.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods safely.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English are required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US or willing to undergo visa sponsorship.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
