Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using RF scanners.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Pass a background check and drug screening as part of our direct hire process.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required for all roles.
