Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in hotel front desk operations
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to 5-star standards
- Operate POS systems and process guest transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and guest rooms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours

Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred

- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
