Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting (tomatoes, corn, soybeans) following quality standards
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Sort, pack, and load produce for distribution
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment sanitation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and pesticide handling procedures
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and field inspections
- Work in all weather conditions with flexible shift schedules
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months documented farm experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts including weekends
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
