Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides per EPA guidelines
- Maintain crop quality through proper sorting and packing
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards

- Document daily farming activities accurately

Qualifications
