Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop planting, harvesting, and sorting
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment safety protocols
- Inspect crops for quality and report issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient field operations

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months of agricultural experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver's license (Class D) for equipment operation
