Job Overview
As part of our agricultural team, you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of our crops, from planting to harvesting. We value reliability, safety, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including planting, weeding, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery, tractors, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect produce for quality, size, and maturity standards.
- Load, unload, and sort harvested goods for transport and storage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (US work authorization required).
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or horticulture is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Valid ID or Passport for employment verification.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
