Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 5+ engineers through agile methodologies
- Drive CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering standards
- Lead incident response and system reliability initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization
- Proficiency in Python/Java and modern frameworks
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification preferred
- Strong background in distributed systems design
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decisions
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
