Responsibilities
- Execute and document comprehensive software test scripts and test cases.
- Identify, record, and track software defects and bugs with high precision.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Monitor system performance and stability during off-peak hours.
- Ensure all testing requirements are met according to company standards.
- Communicate test results and progress clearly to the QA Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
