Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networks
- Lead system optimization projects to enhance security, scalability, and performance
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible to streamline deployment processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001) and security protocols
- Document infrastructure configurations and create operational runbooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Expert-level experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins) and scripting languages
- Industry certifications (CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Engineer) preferred
- Proven experience with Linux/Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
