Responsibilities
- Provide multilingual customer support via phone, email, and chat for international clients
- Resolve product inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision and cultural sensitivity
- Participate in quarterly cultural competency training sessions
- Contribute to process improvements for international customer workflows
- Maintain service level targets of 95%+ customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency (written/spoken); additional languages highly valued
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid work authorization or willingness to sponsor visa (H-1B/OPT/J-1 support available)
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays for global coverage
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification required
