Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial equipment at client sites across Miami-Dade County
- Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems
- Operate company-provided diagnostic tools and precision instruments
- Document maintenance activities in digital systems with provided tablets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards using company-issued PPE
- Collaborate with cross-cultural engineering teams on complex projects
- Train local staff on equipment operation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience
- Technical certification or degree in engineering/mechanical field
- Valid work authorization for the United States (visa sponsorship available)
- Proficiency in English with technical terminology fluency
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
- Experience with diagnostic software and tools (training provided)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems
