Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial equipment at client sites
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize operational downtime
- Document service reports and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Train client personnel on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of field service or industrial maintenance experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and mechanical testing equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to travel within Washington state (company vehicle provided)
