Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver on deadlines
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder management with C-level executives and key clients
- Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality
- Track KPIs and provide executive-level progress reports
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate team growth
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/consulting
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ budgets and 10+ person teams
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
