Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across departments
- Identify and mitigate project risks using Agile methodologies
- Implement and optimize project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of managing complex technology projects
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
