Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead architectural decisions and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team environment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver features on time.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
