Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits and keyword research to optimize job listings and website content for maximum visibility.
- Develop and execute technical recruiting strategies to source and engage passive candidates in the IT sector.
- Monitor SEO performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from outreach to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align SEO content with technical skill requirements.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics and ATS tools to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience in technical recruiting or HR is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling job descriptions and outreach emails.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, direct-hire environment.
