Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints using CRM systems

- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
