Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across 100+ endpoints
- Deploy and manage Windows/macOS environments including Active Directory and cloud solutions
- Execute network troubleshooting using Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability patching
- Lead hardware refresh projects for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior technicians during high-impact outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience with Windows 10/11
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in SCCM, PowerShell scripting, and VMWare ESXi
- Proven network troubleshooting with Cisco/Juniper devices
- Strong ServiceNow ticket management experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment installations
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred
