Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Data Analysts.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social media platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth technical interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
