Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition to onboarding.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruitment Consultant.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical roles (e.g., Frontend, Backend, DevOps).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
