Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer letter and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and employer brand presence.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and reports to track hiring KPIs.
- Assist in developing recruitment marketing materials and job descriptions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of placing high-quality candidates in the tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
