Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Vision: Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business goals, identifying key innovations for the next three years.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing into our core systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-Suite executives and department heads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk analysis for new technology implementations to ensure stability and security.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, IT strategy, or systems architecture with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to plan long-term technical strategies with a focus on scalability and future-proofing.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and data orchestration.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic planning certifications are highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
