Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Create a comprehensive, long-term strategic roadmap that aligns technical capabilities with business goals for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technology trends to identify opportunities and threats that will impact the 2026 landscape.
- Architecture Governance: Lead the architectural review process to ensure system stability, security, and scalability as we scale towards 2026 targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with a specific focus on strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and AI integration strategies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale IT projects.
