Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying key technological milestones and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs, fostering collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
- Conduct rigorous market research and trend analysis to predict disruptive technologies.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Oversee the lifecycle of pilot projects aimed at validating 2026 product concepts.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to drive research.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technical Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading roadmap development for enterprise-level software or hardware.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Quantum Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for large-scale strategic projects.
