Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Strategy Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools for enterprise use cases.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to scalable, AI-native cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI division.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to identify emerging AI technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Manage stakeholder communication to translate complex technical roadmaps into business value.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale AI systems.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate industry shifts.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of managing high-performance engineering teams.
