Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology vision for the next five years, identifying key emerging trends in AI, Quantum computing, and Synthetic Biology.
- Prototype Next-Gen Solutions: Build and test proof-of-concepts for autonomous agents, generative content frameworks, and neuro-symbolic AI models.
- Lead Cross-Functional Innovation: Partner with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate abstract future concepts into actionable product features.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Assess current architectures for scalability in a decentralized, AI-native world and implement necessary upgrades.
- Strategic Forecasting: Monitor global tech ecosystems to predict regulatory shifts, market disruptions, and competitive advantages before they materialize.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Senior Engineering, Product Strategy, or Futurism roles.
- Technical Depth: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning pipelines, and Neural Networks.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends (e.g., Web3, AGI, Robotics).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
