The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of our AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for Project 2026, focusing on real-time inference and low-latency processing.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, providing technical mentorship and setting best practices for code quality and system design.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Optimize existing models for efficiency, reducing computational costs while maintaining accuracy.
- Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, evaluating and integrating new breakthroughs into our core technology stack.
- Define and enforce security and privacy standards for all AI data inputs and outputs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, AI architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
