Responsibilities
- Define and architect the technical roadmap for AI systems targeting deployment by 2026, integrating cutting-edge quantum algorithms.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for large-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists and product managersâto translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices in CI/CD pipelines to ensure system integrity and rapid deployment.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our product architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks and post-quantum cryptography is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to production.
