Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care using advanced medical equipment including electronic health records (EHR) systems and diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using provided specialized equipment
- Monitor patient conditions and document clinical outcomes in compliance with healthcare standards
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Utilize telehealth technologies to extend care reach across our network
Qualifications
- BSN degree or international equivalent; current RN license in California or eligible
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience with proficiency in medical equipment operation
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications; willingness to obtain additional certifications
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated cultural competence
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or other relevant visas)
- Proficiency in English with clear documentation abilities
