Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry standards and internal coding guidelines.
- Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product stability and robustness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Ability to work within a flexible hours model and adapt to changing project requirements.
