Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Collaborate in Agile sprints to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Mentor junior team members during and after training period
- Stay current with emerging technologies through our learning stipend program
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional software development experience
- Strong foundational knowledge in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and data structures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Problem-solving skills with passion for continuous learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Open to relocation to Honolulu, HI
- Valid US work authorization (visa sponsorship available if eligible)
