Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web applications and software solutions under mentorship.
- Collaborate: Work closely with senior engineers and the product team to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software bugs and performance issues.
- Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
- Testing: Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability and security.
- Documentation: Create clear documentation for code and technical processes to facilitate team onboarding and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Language: Proficient in English (both written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with US-based teams.
- Eligibility: Eligible to work in the United States and willing to undergo the visa sponsorship process.
- Attitude: A strong passion for learning, problem-solving, and a growth mindset.
- Tools: Basic familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and the internet.
- Commitment: Ability to commit to a 9-5 schedule and a 12-week intensive training program.
