Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex software bugs and performance issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to undergo a 12-week paid training program prior to full-time employment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
