Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of logistics and supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze transportation costs and negotiate contracts with carriers to optimize efficiency.
- Manage a team of logistics coordinators, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with international freight forwarders and customs brokers to clear shipments.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory records and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and reports.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
