Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Basic English proficiency (reading and speaking).
- Reliable transportation to the Memphis facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
