Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks and shipping containers efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in a safe and orderly manner.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies to the logistics manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must currently hold or be eligible for an H2B non-immigrant work visa.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends during peak seasons.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
