Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery for crop cultivation and harvesting
- Perform field maintenance including planting, pruning, and irrigation
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards
- Assist with crop monitoring and pest control protocols
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team leaders for daily task assignments
- Follow all OSHA and agricultural safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for H2A program
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust)
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
